This past week members of the CVFC completed the Advanced Line Systems Rescue module of the Pennsylvania Water Rescue Program. The Advanced Line Systems Rescue requires personnel to: Select the appropriate system for the situation, establish and operate a line system, effect the rescue or recovery needed, and safely and efficiently tear the system down. Members spent all day on Saturday the 21st with instructor Scott Grahn and members of his team from Somerset County at Stoney Creek. Only one water rescue module remains for the members. Ice rescue is tentatively schedule for January of 2010 pending weather and ice conditions available.
